At the Sleepy Gallows we are spreading the beauty of human nature and love through whimsical, charming art. We want you to see the magic of life in the way only animation can.

The Sleepy Gallows makes independent shorts that captivate children and adults that broaden what your idea of a fairytale can be.

We have multiple projects in production. For Peace, Love, & Harmony (PLH), a 13 part drama set in the Magnolia Fairy Ring, follows the lives of three poor fay-folk, Harmony, Love, and Tranquility, as they get tangled in the chaos of the royal family.

The Elusive Green Elephant centers black boy joy and a whimsical adventure with a green elephant.

Sister Harts is a 16 mini-episode series about sisterhood, following your passions, and falling in love.

About the Creators

We are Sisters by blood in sister fields: Animation and Illustration! ​​​​

We were born and raised in the Chicagoland area and went to California College of the Arts (CCA) in the Bay Area. Brittney (right) got her BFA in Animation (2014) while Crystal (left) got her BFA in Illustration(2015). Now both sisters are back in Chicago making art.
